By making any booking with YouSkate, you are bound to the following conditions:
For the purpose of these conditions, a session refers to any activity offered by YouSkate. Otherwise the specific activity will be referred to.
All booking amounts must be paid for in full at the time of booking.*
Payments can be made by internet bank transfer or mobile banking App (bank details and mobile number will be sent at time of booking).
In the event of a session being postponed by YouSkate due to bad weather, poor conditions, illness or otherwise, a credit will be given for the session to be rescheduled. This must be done within six weeks of the original booking. No refund will be given.
Refunds will not be given in the event of cancellation by you. The session may be rescheduled to a later date within six weeks as long as the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the original booking date and any other relevant conditions are met.
If you turn up late (after a lesson has started) you may not be able to take part, in which case the lesson will be deemed to have been cancelled by you.
For Kids Club, Lessons & Skate Tours, you must arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before the start time to allow sufficient time to get ready and put gear on.
Bookings will not be confirmed unless the Release of Liability Waiver has been agreed to.
An acceptable standard of behaviour is expected at all times during YouSkate sessions. Particpants must not exhibit the following: loud or abusive language, intimidation of any kind, threatening behaviour, physical abuse or any other behaviour that may be deemed discriminatory, to fellow participants, the instructor(s) and any others, including spectators.
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol is not permitted at any time during YouSkate sessions.
If, at any time during a session, you are found to be unfit - physically or otherwise – to continue, you will be asked to leave the session.
* Cash on the day is accepted for Kids Club
